The two main goals for the new website were to design a more inviting, modern website, and improve the overall user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). Users need to be able to quickly and easily access the information they need, and download relevant resources. To design a site that not only looks great, but also works great, we started with user research and competitor analysis. This allowed our team to make better-informed decisions on content strategy, site structure, and overall design direction.
